A pilgrimage of a lifetime begins—a journey through Europe’s most empowering Catholic shrines in France, Spain, Portugal. You will be traveling from Fatima to Lourdes! You will get the chance to see and visit Lourdes Sanctuary, Our Lady of Fatima, and also “Bom Jesus do Monte” or in English Good Jesus of the Mountain in Braga!

Day 1: Arrival in Lisbon

Upon arrival at the airport of Lisbon you will be met by our Tour Director and Driver. You will begin the a city tour of Lisbon and continue to Fatima for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tour Fatima

In the morning, time to visit the Our Lady of Fátima Shrine with the tombs of the visionaries, and the Chapel of the Apparitions, made famous by the Virgin Mary’s apparition to three shepherd children—Francisco, Jacinta, and Lucia—on May 13, 1917.visit the village of Aljustrel to see the homes of the three holy children (Fatima Miracle). Evening mass and Candlelight procession and return to hotel.

Day 3: Fatima to Santiago

Travel north this morning and stop in Braga, one of the oldest Christian cities in the world and nicknamed the “Portuguese Rome.” Visit the Bom Jesus do Monte (Good Jesus of the Mount) sanctuary and see the unique zigzag stairway that is dedicated to the five senses—sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste—and the three theological virtues—faith, hope, and charity. Later, cross into Spain and head for Santiago de Compostela. Dinner and accommodation in Santiago de Compostela.

Day 4: St. James Cathedral

Visit Santiago de Compostela and the St. James’ Cathedral and attend the rosary and Mass. Santiago de Compostela has been known throughout history for the key 9th-century pilgrimage route, the Way of St. James, to its cathedral, which houses the Apostle James’ remains beneath the high altar. Dinner and accommodation in Santiago de Compostela.

Day 5:St Theresa of Avila

Depart Santiago to Avila, the City of Kings and of Saints, which is completely encircled by 11th century walls. This is the birth place of St. Theresa, view the preserved body of St. Theresa of Avila in the Carmelite Convent and celebrate Mass at the Cathedral. Tour of the city and then dinner and overnight in Avila.

Day 6:Nuestra Senora del Pilar

Depart Avila to Zaragoza. Zarsagoza is a City imbued with a profound devotional feelings, the symbol of which is the basilica Shrine of Nuestra Senora del Pilar, the oldest church consecrated to the Virgin in Christendowm.The basilica is one of the most celebrated sanctuaries in the world and has been a Pilgrimage center for centuries. Dinner and overnight in Zaragoza.

Day 7:Zaragoza to Lourdes

Depart Zaragoza and travel through the Spanish Countryside and pastures to the City of Lourdes.Dinner and overnight in Lourdes. ( Time permitning Marian procession ).

Day 8:Tour Lourdes

Today’s guided walking tour includes the grotto where the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Bernadette in 1858, Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine, Bernadette’s birthplace, and her family home. Dinner and overnight in Toulouse.

Day 9:Tour Paris

Morning flight to Paris. Upon arrival meet guide and driver and have a panoramic tour of the city. Back to the hotel for Dinner and overnight.

Day 10:Tour Louvre

This morning after breakfast, continue to tour the Louvre followed by a seine river cruise and then some time for photos at the Eiffel Tower. Afternoon in leisure. Dinner and overnight in Paris.

Day 11:Departure

After breakfast you will be transfered to the airport for your flight back home.

History Of Fatima

Fátima is a central Portuguese town that's home to the Sanctuary of Fátima, a Catholic pilgrimage site. The Capelinha das Aparições marks the spot where the Virgin Mary allegedly appeared in 1917. Other sacred sites include the Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, with its golden angels, and the modern church of Igreja da Santíssima Trindade. The Museu de Arte Sacra e Etnologia exhibits religious artifacts.
