Day 1: Arrival Rome, Italy

Welcome to Rome, the city of Pizza, Pasta and Gelato. Rich with historical sites and world famous museums! An office representative will greet the group at the airport and transfer them at the Hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Imperial Rome Tour

Today touring will start at the Legendary Colosseum famous as the place of spectacle and death. You will also see the Roman Forum which was a place where romans would meet to discus politics and religion as well as to shop. Circus Maximus also shows the glory of Imperial Rome, being a chariot racing stadium that could accommodate 150,000 spectators! Finish your day with a walk around the center of Rome and enjoy a traditional Dinner.

Day 3: Vatican and St.Peter Basilica Tour

Rome despite its imperial glory is also a very important religious city for Christianity. Today you will be visiting the Vatican Museum, home to many historical and artistic masterpieces. Enter the Sistine Chapel and admire Michelangelo Frescoes wrapping all the walls around you. Conclude your tour with a visit to St. Peters Basilica where you will find “Pieta” the only work of Michelangelo actually signed by him.

Day 4: Pompeii Tour Excursion

Today you will have a full day tour to Volcanic Pompeii. Pompeii is a province of Naples where the famous volcano of Italy “Vezuvious” is situated. The city of Pompeii was destroyed at AD 79 from the eruption of Vesuvius and remained buried under the ashes until the 18th Century. Ashes have preserved this ancient city in perfect state through the centuries and we are lucky and able today to admire vivid frescoes at Cassa dei Vettii the best preserved house of the time. Dinner at Rome.

Day 5: Departure

Today our transfer agent will escort the group to the Airport for the trip back home
