Day 1: Arrival Rome, Italy

Welcome to Rome, Italy. Your Tour Director and Driver will pick you up from the airport and take you to the port of Rome in Civitavecchia for your cruise embarkation onboard MSC Seaview.

Day 2: Cannes, France

This morning we wake up in Cannes, a small town on the famous French Riviera. Profit the day to explore on your own the glamorous and historic town. Don't miss to make a picture at Allée des Étoiles – Cannes’ walk of fame.

Day 3: Palma de Majorca, Spain

This is the Capital of the island of Mallorca. It is situated in the western Mediterranean sea. Its main attraction is the Santa Maria Gothic Cathedral built in the 13th century standing high up overlooking the Mallorca Bay.

Day 4: Barcelona, Spain

Today the cruise ship is docked in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia in Spain. Barcelona center will take you to discover its renowned art museums and its fashionable designer restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops. And in Antoni Gaudí’s extraordinary church of the Sagrada Família and the world-famous boulevard that is the Ramblas, you have two sights that are high up on any Mediterranean travel bucket list.

Day 5: Ajaccio-Corsica, France

Ajaccio is the capital of Corsica, a French island in the Mediterranean Sea. It was the birthplace of French Emperor Napoléon Bonaparte in 1769. His ancestral home, Maison Bonaparte, is now a museum displaying family heirlooms. The baroque, 16th-century Notre-Dame Cathedral, where Napoléon was baptized, contains paintings by Delacroix and Tintoretto.

Day 6: Genova, Italy

In Genova you can explore its old town: a dense and fascinating warren of medieval alleyways home to large palazzi built in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries by Genoa’s wealthy mercantile families and now transformed into museums and art galleries. You should seek out the Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, the Palazzo Ducale, and the Renaissance palaces of Via Garibaldi

Day 7: La Spezia, Italy

La Spezia is a port city in Liguria, Italy. Its 1800s maritime arsenal and the Technical Naval Museum, with ship models and navigational instruments, attest to the city’s seafaring heritage. The hilltop St. George’s Castle houses an archaeological museum with artifacts from prehistory to the Middle Ages.

Day 8: Disembarkation Rome & Tour

Disembarkation and Tour Imperial Rome. Following your disembarkation we continue to Rome. Your touring will start at the Legendary Coloseum famous as the place of spectacle and death. You will also see the Roman Forum which was a place where Romans would meet to discuss politics and religion as well as to shop. Circus Maximus also shows the glory of Imperial Rome, being a chariot racing stadium that could accommodate 150,000 spectators! Dinner and overnight in Rome.

Day 9: Rome, Italy

Christian Rome. Rome despite its imperial glory is also a very important religious city for Christianity. Today you will be visiting the Vatican Museum, home to many historical and artistic masterpieces. Enter the Sistine Chapel and admire Michelangelo’s Frescoes wrapping all the walls around you. Conclude your tour with a visit to St. Peters Basilica where you will find “Pieta” the only work of Michelangelo actually signed by him.

Day 10: Departure

Departure transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
